Location: Cedar Grange, Cross Lanes, Lanstephan, Launceston, PL15 8FB
Hours: 44 hours per week
Pay: £23.15 per hour + £3,000 welcome bonus

Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research‑based practice
- Have excellent communication and record‑keeping skills
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Manage holistic care and emergency situations
- Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
- Value and respect older people and their individual needs
