Performance Bonus: Up to £2,400 per annum on the achievement of excellent performance.

You will drive a lorry from our fleet of vehicles. We don't micromanage our drivers. We trust them to get the job done and they have a say in running their own routes. So, if you enjoy independence being out on the open road for long stretches but also want to be home again at the end of every shift, this is the job for you.

You'll make su re pallets get to and from customers bang on time. Scanning consignments and driving pallet trucks will sometimes be part of your day.

You'll be responsible for he alth and safety, for example inspecting your vehicle and trailer every day and completing a Defect Report if necessary. You will make sure everything is 'right first time' for your customers, both internal and external, and as a great communicator, you'll work hard to keep customers happy, making sure any queries you can't answer, are passed on to your manager quickly.

• Class 2 driving licence
• Excellent knowledge of Road Transport Laws and commitment to safe use of the roads
• A 'can do' attitude
