Delivery Driver - 7.5 Tonne

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit and has a strong understanding of customer service and manual handling. The successful candidate will be responsible for making 15-20 drops per day, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct 15-20 drops per day to various locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain communication with the central dispatch unit to report any issues or delays.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety laws.
• Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.
• Handle goods with care and manage the necessary paperwork.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Must possess a 7.5 tonne class E licence with no more than 6 penalty points (ideally none).
• CPC certification is preferred; training can be provided if necessary.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Strong understanding of manual handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
