You’ll be at the heart of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting. Whether it’s leading forecast review meetings, analyzing market trends, or fine‑tuning our predictive models, you’ll be driving efficiency and alignment across the business.
What you will need to succeed:- 2 – 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (APICS certification a plus!).
- Technical expertise in forecasting tools like SAP APO, R/3, and Qlik View.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills to drive accurate forecasting.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and engage with key stakeholders.
- A problem‑solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
