We're seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support system architecture, design, and integration activities across high-impact programs. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop documentation, support technical planning, and contribute to the overall system engineering lifecycle. • Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to support development of system specifications
• Assist in creating and maintaining system engineering documentation including System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
• Support requirements development, allocation, and traceability across hardware, software, and operational components
• Participate in design reviews, program planning, and cross-discipline technical coordination
• Contribute to the development of system design solutions that fulfill functional and performance requirements
• Assist in defining verification methods, test plans, and configuration management processes
• Support interface definition and system integration across multiple teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Help derive lower-level requirements and ensure traceability from stakeholder needs to system components
• Participate in the planning and tracking of work packages, schedules, and risk management activities

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Five (5) additional years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Engineer supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
• Working knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, interface definition, and system integration
• Familiarity with system development frameworks such as DoDAF or similar methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
