This is a non-remote, in-person role managing three H&R Block tax offices. You will start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed.

• Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and guide customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business.
• Lead and develop associates, deliver an outstanding client experience, and achieve office growth objectives for three offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
• Start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed; this role is in-person.
• Travel between offices as required.
• Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.

• People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates.
• Aptitude for executing growth plans and leading a growth-oriented culture.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills; able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns).

Pay Range
$15.00 - $40.00/hr.
