Position SummaryTo fully own your line, ensuring GMP, quality, safety, training, labor, efficiency, routines, maintenance, and ice cream processing standards are met. Lead and train your team, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and ensure high-quality production aligned with company standards.
Responsibilities include:- Maintaining GMP and cleanliness standards without unnecessary water use
- Ensuring product quality and safety through inspections and adjustments
- Championing safety protocols and preventing hazards
- Training team members and managing skill development
- Managing staffing, production efficiency, and routines
- Performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment adjustments
- Applying expertise in ice cream processing and refrigeration
- Providing leadership and accountability in line operations
- Reducing rejections and wastage
- Improving hygiene, GMP, and safety audits
- Meeting production targets
- Developing team training plans
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards
Work involves exposure to wet, humid, noisy environments, and mechanical equipment, with frequent contact with allergens.
Compensation & BenefitsThe pay range is $36/hour, with opportunities for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and benefits including health insurance, paid leave, 401K, and more.
