Full‑time W-2 position for Prince George's County, Maryland and Howard County, Maryland
. No nights or weekends. Flexible weekday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Expect a minimum of 30 visits per week with bi‑weekly gas reimbursement (non‑taxable).
Position Overview- The LPN drives to patients’ homes, performs routine care, and collaborates with the care team on each client’s plan of care.
- Clients start care the day after hospital discharge in their own homes.
- Work weekdays only, aiming to complete 6 visits by 3:00 p.m. for a healthy work‑life balance.
- Excellent training and onboarding ensure confidence in the field.

- Monitor patients throughout treatment, following the RN’s plan of care.
- Perform routine checks of vital signs.
- Ensure medication compliance.
- Provide basic nursing care: vitals, blood draws, wound care, bandage changes, etc.
- Educate clients and caregivers about conditions and self‑management.
- Submit notes same day as visit.
- Completed LPN license program; active Maryland license.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday business hours only.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized.
- Ability to follow instructions from physicians and nurses.
- Experience with wound care, blood draws, and ostomy care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license, own car with auto insurance.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
