• Represent Panda Exteriors in your community, helping homeowners improve their homes while saving money and going green
• Learn proven sales strategies through our paid training program
• Connect with homeowners, understand their roofing and exterior needs, and set appointments for our sales team
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly goals with the support of a collaborative team

• Bi-weekly pay:
  Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
• First-year earnings potential: $75k+
• Career growth:
  Promotion opportunities within 4–6 months (Sales Closer, Team Lead, Sales Manager)

• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (we'll train the rest)

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
