Adams and Associates is a 100% employee‑owned company that is service‑focused and outcome‑driven. This role provides a safe and secure living and working environment for students and staff at the Woodland Job Corps Center.

• Welcome parents, visitors, staff, and students, and promote a safe and respectful environment.
• Patrol the grounds on foot and in assigned government vehicles and monitor surveillance cameras.
• De‑escalate incidents, maintain a professional demeanor, and investigate accidents and incidents under management direction.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, enforce occupational safety and health regulations, and conduct incident investigations per established timelines.
• Respond to emergency situations, maintain visitor control, student accountability, and assist with dorm inspections and searches for contraband.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of Center facilities and property, and provide residential, recreation, and transportation assistance as required.
