Up to $1,000 per week, plus company truck and gas card.

• Supervise roofing teams on residential projects to ensure high‑quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate daily site operations, including material deliveries, workforce scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Conduct on‑site inspections to verify work meets rigorous quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Address on‑site challenges promptly and keep projects moving forward without delays.
• Maintain open communication with crews, subcontractors, and customers to ensure transparency at every project stage.
• Keep management updated on project status and ensure accurate documentation is completed on time.

• Proven background in residential roofing or construction supervision.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on track.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate the company truck.
