Commission based (Potential earnings: $1,500.00 – $15,000.00 per month).

We will give you all of the tools necessary to succeed! You will receive continued training, set leads, amazing support structure and an incredible culture. Our company has been growing tremendously since our inception in 2019 and continues to expand across South Mississippi.

Our top‑notch training program and support will develop fully capable, proficient representatives within 3 weeks. You will receive training on the basic construction, insurance/storm damage knowledge you need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims.

• Assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.
• Communicating with residential and commercial building owners to sell roofing and gutter services.
• Assessing storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if a roof requires repairs or replacement.
• Seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
• Presenting, promoting, and selling roofing products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
• Performing cost‑benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential clients to meet their specific needs.
• Ensuring clients remain satisfied by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the roofing and construction industry.
• Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

• Least 1 year of roofing sales experience (Preferred but not required).
• Comfortable dealing face‑to‑face with clients.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Self‑motivated.
• Team player driven by empathy with a strong desire to help people.
• Coachable and open to learning the Reliable Roofing & Construction way.
• Ability to assess storm damage and determine repairs or replacement.

• Commissions paid as a percentage of gross sale.
• Rodney Webb University Training.
• Tools for success: tools, support, training, encouragement.

• Monday to Friday.
• Weekends as needed.

• Driver’s License (Required).

• In person.
