Dental Hygienist

Pinehaven Dental Care is hiring a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our patient‑centered practice located at 1508 W. 10th St., Laurel, MS 39440
.

This part‑time position offers flexibility, teamwork, and a supportive work environment. You will provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care, educate patients, and work closely with the team.

• Active MS Dental Hygienist license
• CPR certification
• Strong communication skills
• A team‑first, patient‑focused attitude

• Current dental hygienist license in MS and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• Open to new graduates or any years of clinical experience
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills

• Ability to perform essential duties; reasonable accommodations available
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions
