Requirements Must have:

  • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in mission-level modeling, simulation, and analysis in the air-to-air sector using tools such as AFSIM or Brawler.
  • Proficient in conducting quantitative analysis and adept at rapidly mastering new concepts.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative setting and communicate complex ideas to government personnel, military officers, and fellow contractors.
  • Must be able to obtain the necessary Special Access Program (SAP) level access.
  • Eligible for an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and able to achieve a Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance and deployment of airborne systems in intricate environments using AFSIM and other tools.
  • Create, assess, and analyze tactics and utilization strategies for innovative technologies such as air platforms, sensors, countermeasures, and weaponry, including manned‑unmanned systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts and senior engineers to shape the analysis direction based on your insights and expertise.
  • Present findings and research through briefings aimed at both technical experts and key decision‑makers.
  • Engage in individual research initiatives that promote inventive solutions and acknowledge self‑driven efforts.
