Requirements Must have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, physics, or a related field
- At least seven years of relevant experience in a technical domain
- Proficiency in areas such as remote sensing, signal and image processing, data fusion, statistical analysis, mathematical optimization, pattern recognition, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Experience in developing engineering applications using programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, C++, and Java, specifically in Linux environments
- Familiarity with ISR processes, systems, platforms, and sensors utilized by the US military and intelligence community
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex technical projects
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Adaptability to manage multiple concurrent projects and changing circumstances
- Willingness to work partially in secure environments and travel to government sites and contractor facilities when needed
- An active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
- Lead and contribute to teams tasked with developing algorithms, mathematical-physical models, and prototype software for ISRT and BMC2 applications
- Facilitate the creation of new signal processing, image processing, multi-sensor data fusion, and multi-sensor resource optimization techniques
- Guide teams in developing modeling, simulation, and analytical methods and tools
- Spearhead the development and analytical processes for new ISRT concepts and architectures
- Oversee field tests and experiments, including planning, execution, and data analysis
- Document and present the team’s findings to managers, sponsors, and at technical workshops and conferences
