Clinical Program Director

The Clinical Program Director leads the strategic growth of Healogics’ Wound Care Program across assigned sites, managing day‑to‑day operations, financial performance, community education, quality improvement, clinical functions, and stakeholder relationships.

• Oversee outpatient wound care clinic operations, continuously improving clinic flows and best practices.
• Manage the revenue cycle, track key financial indicators, and work with support teams to achieve fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and execute community education and marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals.
• Lead quality and performance improvement programs, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate clinical activities, patient care planning, and case management, including hyperbaric care as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital partners, providers, and stakeholders, aligning program goals with organizational strategy.
• Perform other duties as needed to support clinical program success.

• Current RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred;
  Associate’s degree or 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare acceptable.
• Management or clinical operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BLS, regulatory/accrediting requirements, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours.

Salary range: $82,400 – $109,200 annually.
