Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a dedicated and caring Center Administrator for the Clearview Recovery Center in Moselle, MS. The Center Administrator will supervise operations for the facility and provide daily supervision for staff and daily operations for the center. The ideal candidate will be a licensed therapist with prior alcohol and substance use therapy and supervisory experience.

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Professional clinical license preferred
• Oversee operations of facility
• Ability to track and report outcomes
• Knowledge of substance use diagnosis and co-occurring disorders
• Ability to document the therapeutic process
• Maintain ethical behavior
• Provide staff training, supervision, direction, and development

• Oversee all program admissions and coordinate residential services
• Direct and coordinate activities for the facility, including supervising and training staff
• Coordinate and provide limited outpatient services
• Conduct staff meetings and oversee attainment of program goals; general consultation, education, and advocacy to other community agencies
• Coordinate with clinical treatment team and other staff as needed to determine best practices for efficient program operations
• Access data reflective of the consumer status to interpret information needed to identify each consumer's requirements relative to their age-specific needs
• Provide care as required by DMH and PBMHR standards
