Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Recruiter role based in Laurel, Mississippi. The Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing recruitment activities, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, maintaining an applicant database, participating in job fairs, and developing strategies to attract qualified candidates. A focus on promoting diversity and inclusion will be integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and sourcing techniques
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment database management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance related to hiring practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate attention to detail
