PayThe salary range for this role is $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
About the RoleAaron’s Delivery & Receiving Specialists are ambassadors of Aaron’s, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities include inventory management, loading and receiving products, maintaining accuracy, developing the product technician team, and handling merchandise logistics. Each team member may also review lease agreements with customers during delivery.

The Work- Ensure merchandise is delivered efficiently by partnering with product technicians
- Partner with management regarding product technician performance
- Route the daily delivery schedule and ensure it is followed by product technicians
- Partner with Store Manager to ensure warehouse inventory levels adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Verify merchandise for all deliveries, returns and vendors
- Conduct service calls, returns, and product exchanges
- Review company marketing materials
- Conduct customer courtesy calls prior to delivery
- Clean, certify and restore merchandise exchanges and returns
- Sell customers the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
- Load, secure and protect products in company vehicle
- Safely operate company vehicle
- Perform any reasonable duties requested by management
- 3 years of shipping and receiving or related logistics experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
- Ability to work schedule of hours based on business need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
- Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent organization and communication skills

Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
