Join to apply for the Poultry Processing Workers role at Mississippi Department of Employment Security.
This is a full-time, entry-level position with day and night shifts available:
- Day Shift: 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM
- Night Shift: 4:45 PM - 1:15 AM
- Use knives, scissors, and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
- Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for processing.
- Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing.
- Remove parts such as skin, feathers, and bones from carcasses.
- No training, education, or experience required.
- Urine drug test required.
