We are looking for a dependable and safety‑focused Utility Operator to support day‑to‑day operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for transporting raw materials, filling containers, and hand‑packing products into cartons using proper tools and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial trucks such as forklifts and walk‑behind powered equipment and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area is essential to success in this role.

• Transport raw materials into the facility using industrial truck (forklift) and manual material handling equipment
• Fill containers
• Open boxes and lift materials onto tables from the floor area weighing up to 50 pounds
• Hand pack product into cartons using appropriate tools
• Safely operate walk‑behind powered industrial trucks
• Utilize best work practices and housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced work environment
• Ability to work with a platform scale
• Ability to perform simple math functions
• Ability to operate a pressure washer
• Ability to read and interpret instructions on various operating procedures
• Industrial truck (forklift) or equivalent manual material handling equipment experience
• Minimum of two (2) continuous years of recent work experience; manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be able to attend orientation and training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekend hours
• Proficient in English language with reading, writing and speaking
