The Quality Manager is a key management position within Sipcam Agro Solutions (SAS) responsible for managing all aspects of quality to ensure production targets are achieved without sacrificing safety, compliance, and quality. The role functions at our Waynesboro, MS location and is a key member of the leadership team. It requires seamless transition between strategic and tactical work and close collaboration with corporate operations.
EssentialFunctions
- Follow all Company, Site, Federal, State, Local and Sipcam Policies, Rules and Regulations.
- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance Laboratory functions at Sipcam Agro Solutions.
- Manage the process to develop, configure, and optimize the SAS Quality Program.
- Establish and lead the continuous improvement quality process.
- Put processes in place to take measurements, interpret data and drive improvement.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
- Achieve and maintain ISO certification.
- Work cooperatively with manufacturing, engineering, and R&D to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with corporate teams, customers, production, quality, logistics and finance to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Inform leadership and customers of quality issues immediately and implement solutions to minimize delays.
- Oversee daily, monthly, and annual reporting on quality KPIs and maintain accurate records in ERP system.
- Review and control costs within the budget.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of QC/QA manufacturing-related experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Location:
Waynesboro, Mississippi. Salary: $63,000 – $80,000.
