The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.

• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move, lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry and complete training.
