• Ensuring overall compliance by completing all required paperwork and electronic reporting to regulatory agencies
• Performing internal paperwork and audits to maintain compliance and an environment dedicated to corporate growth
• Being a subject matter expert
• Delegating and overseeing field team members
• Supervising contractors
• Providing direction and support to all operations
• Training, motivating, and influencing team members to conduct their activities in an environmentally sound manner while meeting quality and production goals
