We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care in the Laurens, South Carolina location at Self Regional Healthcare.

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic modalities within discipline specific therapy areas under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Document all patient interventions accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and training for other staff members, outside departments and community.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete CPR certification, Educode and annual health screen according to hospital policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a therapist, lead therapist, manager or director.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the South Carolina Physical Therapy Licensure Board.
• Completed continuing education to maintain licensure and competency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• State or national certification/licensure required.
