### Verzorgende IG 40 Stadzicht Hofplein#### Vacatures# Verzorgende IG 40 Stadzicht Hofplein Samen met behandelaren en andere collega’s draag je bij aan een prettig woon- en leefklimaat en aan de zelfredzaamheid van de bewoners. Je stelt, in overleg met de bewoner en/of contactpersoon, doelen op voor het zorgplan. Ook rapporteer je over de ontwikkelingen van de bewoner. Het is jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat de bewoners zich begrepen en thuis voelen.
Je onderhoudt nauw contact met hun familie of mantelzorgers.
* Een contract met uren in overleg;
* Een salaris volgens salarisschaal 40 CAO VVT;
