Textile Production Associate

Now Hiring – Multiple Production Positions for a Textile Facility Located in Laurens, SC. We currently have a variety of positions available across all shifts, requiring different levels of experience operating textile production equipment. • Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Load materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Textile, Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
• Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, varying temperatures, and moderate to high noise levels.

Starting pay rates depend on exp and position $15.20 to $19.93.
