The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.
Job Responsibilities- Infuse every Mobile Associate with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
- Ensure every customer need is met, building confidence through a comfortable, simple experience that solves the complete problem.
- Observe interactions, provide feedback for development, training, and coaching.
- Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
- Lead by example, staying updated on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource.
- Assist in maintaining the overall store environment, adhere to national plan‑o‑gram standards, and use visual displays and interactive devices effectively.
- Ensure team knowledge of store systems, corporate and store communications, deliver financial results based on key performance indicators, identify ways to manage and control store expenses, and manage discounting and credits.
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers
