Social Worker Program Administrator

• Reports directly to the director
• Manage work operations for assigned units, including setting priorities, deadlines, goals, and monitoring overall workflow efficiency.
• Track monthly unit progress, monitor caseload distribution, and update the Director regularly.
• Develop and revise procedures; implement organizational changes to improve efficiency and meet agency goals.
• Participate in annual budget development by assessing equipment, space, and staffing needs and submitting written justifications.
• Serve on the agency Executive Team and Leadership Team; meet weekly with the Director to discuss agency updates and concerns.
• Attend monthly DSS Board meetings to represent program updates and provide support.
• Other duties as assigned

Master's degree from an accredited school of social work and four years of social work or counseling experience, two of which were supervisory;

OR bachelor's degree in social work and five years of social work or counseling experience, two of which were supervisory;

OR bachelor's degree in a human services field or related curriculum including at least 15 semester hours in courses related to social work or counseling and six years of social work or counseling experience, two of which were supervisory;

OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.
