Compensation:

Providing operational support to ensure systems run efficiently and effectively.Performing routine maintenance, implementing customizations, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness.Setting up and configuring technology for new employees, including computers, system access, and troubleshooting.Diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues while conducting proactive system maintenance.What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience in Manufacturing IT, including networking, MDOS, and shop floor troubleshooting.Strong understanding of computers, tablets, handheld devices, and wireless networks.A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze root causes and mentor team members.Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced IT support team.What Happens Next?
