Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant Primary Care ALF

Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Support Staff.

• Provide primary care services according to site-specific protocols and standards of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
• Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation within specified time frames; manage lab results and narcotic prescriptions following policies.
• Complete documentation and billing, providing copies to facilities within 48 hours.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and meet with administrators daily.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA confidentiality.
• Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests.

• Master's degree in Nursing with a valid state license or
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification, and licensure in the state; specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry preferred.
