Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care
  • Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff
  • Oversee hospital operations including compliance, inventory, and scheduling

Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
  • Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in North Carolina
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in small animal practice
  • Demonstrated leadership skills or strong leadership potential
  • Commitment to mentorship, team development, and quality medicine
