The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime based on business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives, cycle counts, and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic periods (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; travel between stores in personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks like kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
