Fed Group recherche un Comptable Immobilier spécialisé en PPE à Lausanne pour un poste fixe et permanent. Vous gérerez la comptabilité et les décomptes d'immeubles, effectuerez les réconciliations et veillerez à la ventilation des charges entre les services et sociétés.
Le poste exige une expérience en comptabilité immobilière et une présence sur site à Lausanne. Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en comptabilité et saura établir les décomptes TVA et les clôtures annuelles pour révisions.
