Nous recherchons un Comptable spécialisé en PPE poste un poste fixe / permanent à pourvoir au plus vite.
Vos missions seront de :- Gestion comptable et bouclement de décomptes d'immeubles en PPE
- Comptabiliser et réconcilier les différents comptes
- Effectuer la ventilation des charges dans les différents services et sociétés
- Etablir les décomptes TVA
- Etablir les documents de clôture des comptes annuels pour les révisions et réviseur
- Saisie et paiement des factures fournisseurs
- Divers tâches administratives liées à la fonction
- Diplôme en comptabilité ou formation équivalente.
- Expérience confirmée en comptabilité immobilière
- Poste à Lausanne en présentiel
