As a Senior NPTC Nutrition & Health Administrative Assistant at Nestlé Product Technology Centre, your mission will be to maximize the effectiveness of the R&D Centre Head and leadership team by acting as a trusted support partner in a high-exposure position.
You will play a pivotal role in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively across a complex, multi-site R&D environment, and will bring strong judgment, anticipation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, while coordinating sensitive operational topics with autonomy and discretion.
How you'll make an impact as a Senior NPTC Nutrition & Health Administrative Assistant- Act as a trusted support partner to the NPTC Head and Leadership Team, enabling strategic focus and effective decision‑making.
- Manage complex calendars, priorities and schedules, anticipating conflicts and ensuring timely preparation and follow‑up.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, action tracking and key documents with accuracy, structure, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate collaboration and information flow across Vevey, Konolfingen and other NPTC units.
- Organize leadership meetings, site events, and complex workshops, including logistics, content, and follow‑up.
- Maintain SharePoint and intranet content, ensuring accurate and accessible information.
- Review and enhance presentations, documents, and leadership communications for clarity and impact.
- Handle sensitive information with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
- Support newcomer onboarding and communication to help them navigate the organization.
- Provide autonomous support on audits, reporting, follow‑ups and ad‑hoc operational priorities.
- Solid experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, coordination or project support role within an international, matrixed and fast‑moving organization.
- Strong ability to manage complexity, anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands and keep senior stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, with confidence in preparing high‑quality documents, presentations, and simple data follow‑ups.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messages for different senior stakeholders;
French and/or German would be an asset in this multi‑site environment. - A proactive, resilient and solutions‑oriented mindset, demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed, and continuous learning.
