You’ll Get To- design and build an agentic testing assistant that understands our data models, engineering standards, technology stack, and the statistical distributions and recurring data-quality patterns observed in production data
- translate transformation descriptions and expected outputs from business analysts into reusable, privacy-safe test datasets that mirror representative production distributions, edge cases and likely data-quality issues—without copying sensitive production records
- generate unit and functional tests that validate expected transformations across representative production-like distributions and quality scenarios, and produce concise test reports for review by the testing manager after developer validation
- prototype integration with Git Hub Copilot using MCP tools, agent skills or other approved agentic components
You’ll be working in the Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention Data Engineering team within the Group Technology Office located in Lausanne. We design and maintain data transformation solutions that support client review processes. You’ll work with data engineers, business analysts, developers, and testing stakeholders to improve how specifications are converted into robust, traceable tests, while keeping human validation and engineering quality at the center of the solution.
