• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals and growth plans
• Prioritize the roadmap based on customer value and business impact, and communicate it to stakeholders and the company
• Build a deep understanding of customers, the market, and competitors, and translate insights into product decisions
• Own product quality and the customer and user experience across all products
• Define product metrics and use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate ideas, reduce risk, and measure success
• Set standards for product discovery, prioritization, design, and execution, coach the team, and champion an outcomes-focused culture
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team; set clear goals, recognize strong work, create growth opportunities, and address underperformance fairly and promptly
• Partner with Engineering to determine what to build and in what sequence, balancing value, effort, and timing
• Work with commercial, operations, and marketing teams to support their success
• Develop and launch products that create new revenue streams
• Champion a product culture focused on outcomes, evidence-based decisions, and clear ownership

• Senior product leadership experience, ideally owning a product function across multiple products or business lines
• Proven experience building and leading product teams, including product managers and designers
• Track record of shipping successful products with measurable value across the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Technical fluency, data savviness, and a strong design and UX sensibility
• Ability to work credibly with engineering and design teams and make sound trade-offs
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and commercial skills
• Ability to make clear decisions under ambiguity and take responsibility for outcomes
