Missions- Vous réalisez l’étude préliminaire en analysant les plans, les notes techniques, etc...
- Vous définissez les besoins nécessaires en matériaux, le matériel utilisé et le coût de la main d’œuvre
- Vous établissez les devis, les offres
- Vous suivez le chantier et la réalisation des travaux
- Vous avez validé une formation dans le domaine de la construction (bureau d'architecte un plus)
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le secteur du bâtiment
- Idéalement, vous avez une expérience dans l’économie de la construction et le calcul de coûts
- Vous êtes motivé à vous investir durablement dans une nouvelle opportunité
