To Be Pro recherche un Chef de projet clim/ventil pour divers projets.
Votre mission :- Gestion et suivi de projets de ventilation (bâtiments résidentiels, tertiaires ou industriels)
- Coordination des mandataires, clients et entreprises partenaires
- Réalisation des études techniques et dimensionnements (selon profil)
- Suivi des coûts, délais et qualité d’exécution
- Planification et contrôle des chantiers
- Participation aux séances de chantier et coordination technique
- Junior ou confirmé, nous cherchons avant tout une personne motivée et rigoureuse
- Formation technique dans le bâtiment (CFC, ET, ES, HES ou équivalent)
- Connaissances en ventilation / CVC un atout important
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques (AutoCAD, Revit ou similaires = atout)
- Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
- Bonne capacité d’organisation et de communication
- Permis de conduire (souhaité)
