- Planification, coordination et gestion de toutes les activités à l'atelier
- Encadrer les équipes et former l'équipe
- Assumer toute autre mission liée à la construction métallique.
- CFC de constructeur métallique
- Brevet fédéral de chef d'atelier, un atout
- Diplôme de spécialiste en soudage IWS
- Connaissances en dessin Auto Cad
- Utilisation des CNC
- Aisance avec des outils MS - Office
