Volleyball World is looking to recruit a TV Production & Distribution Coordinator to support the team in TV production and distribution of all Volleyball World events. The role will involve working closely with the Media team on events including (but not limited to) Volleyball Nations League, Volleyball World Championships, Beach Pro Tour, Beach World Championships, Asian Volleyball Championships, Men and Women Italian Volleyball League.

Activities
  • Support and complement Head of TV Production and Distribution in all his tasks.
  • Management of selected Host Broadcast Partners appointed for VW events.
  • Coordination of distribution services and external partners appointed for such services.
  • Close liaison with the LOCs, ensuring appropriate venue preparation.
  • Collaboration with Volleyball World broader team such as but not limited to Event Operations, Broadcaster Servicing, Content and Sponsorship to ensure all requirements are met for TV Production & Distribution.
  • Coordination of external partners within Production and Distribution, including support for management of relevant RFPs.
  • Occasional on-site coordination of appointed partners.
  • Supporting stream and/or satellite distribution to Broadcast Partners and to Volleyball World TV.
  • Support the Volleyball World Content team with all planned live, highlights and VOD content for all VW partners and departments including broadcasters, Volleyball TV, sponsors, marketing, digital, social etc.
  • Work with local organizers on all broadcast elements of the event and ensure implementation as per broadcast guidelines.
  • Collaboration with communications and other internal creative teams.
  • Review broadcast delivery and output, ensuring quality and consistency across all projects align with brand standards.
  • Ensure production schedules are created and communicated to appropriate departments.
  • Involvement in new and innovative projects and initiatives and Technologies.
Position Requirements
  • At least five years experience in international broadcast production and distribution of major sports events.
  • Advanced knowledge of the media and broadcast industry, particularly in HB production and distribution.
  • High level of detail orientation.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Experience in broadcast production and distribution of events from different continents considered an advantage.
  • Strong attitude towards high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking.
  • Fluency in English, any other language is an asset.
