· e Customer Success Manager à Lausanne pour gérer le succès de ses clients sur sa plateforme. Ce poste à 70% implique l'onboarding des clients, la résolution proactive de problèmes et le suivi des indicateurs clés. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme de Bachelor et de préférence une expérience en Customer Success. Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est nécessaire, tandis que des compétences en Excel et la connaissance de Salesforce sont un plus.
