Mandaté par l'un de nos clients leader dans son domaine basé à Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e collaborateur/trice service clientèle FR/ALL
- Assurer l'accueil téléphonique des clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie
- Prendre en charge et suivre les réclamations clients en français et en allemand
- Accompagner les clients dans l'identification de leurs problématiques et leur apporter des solutions adaptées (support de 1er niveau)
- Contribuer à véhiculer une image positive et attractive de l'entreprise
- CFC employé(e) de commerce
- Connaissances linguistiques (bon niveau en français,
allemand B2 minimum
) - A l'aise avec les outils informatiques
- Une première expérience dans l'assistance téléphonique (Call center, service clientèle,...)
- Vous êtes disponible de suite, du lundi au samedi
Mission temporaire de 6 mois, potentiellement renouvelable.
