During the first year, you will familiarize yourself with the daily activities of a travel agency and execute administrative tasks. You will correspond with clients, travel agencies, and local service providers, and develop your knowledge of computer applications, tourist brochures, and destinations. Additionally, you will prepare travel proposals and begin selling package trips to our clientele.

In the second year, you will advise clients in planning their dream vacations. You will prepare custom travel proposals, issue flight tickets, sell package and individual trips, advise on travel insurance, and provide information on entry conditions for countries.

In the third year, you will be able to independently manage the travel files of your assigned clientele. You will choose suitable destinations, organize their trips from start to finish, and maintain contact with travel agencies and overseas service providers, actively using your language skills.

High school graduate with a professional level in economics or a CFC, subject to excellent grades.

• Good secondary school student.
• Core subjects (German/French/English/Mathematics) at secondary level A, level of requirement 1.
• Friendly, playful, service-oriented personality who enjoys contact with clients.
• Enjoys working on PC, telephone, selling, and advising.
• Polite manners and tidy appearance.
• Sense of duty, precise work, and flexibility.
• Affinity for languages and a taste for numbers.
• Comfortable in contact, commitment, and team spirit.
