Vous répondrez aux appels, conseillerez et redirigerez les clients sur les produits, analyserez chaque requête et rédigerez des lettres. Maîtrise parfaite du français (C2-C1) et bonnes connaissances d'allemand ou italien (B2-C1) exigées.
