Weezevent à Lausanne recherche un(e) Client Success Manager pour piloter la réussite des clients sur le portefeuille suisse. Vous lancez les solutions sur les comptes, assurez le déploiement des billets, du cashless et du CRM, et garantissez une expérience client complète.
Vous gérez des projets de A à Z, coordonnez les opérations sur site et dégagez des améliorations à proposer pour les événements futurs, tout en travaillant avec une équipe internationale dynamique et des clients exigeants.
