Deine Aufgabe
- Bearbeitung der Anfragen unserer Kundschaft telefonisch, schriftlich, auf Deutsch und Französisch
- Weitergabe relevanter und vollständiger Informationen
- Beratung zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Kundenzufriedenheit
- Nachverfolgung der Anfragen in den verschiedenen Systemen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Teilnahme an beruflichen Weiterbildungsprojekten
- Gute schulische Leistungen, Interesse an Sprachen und gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch
- Interesse an den Bereichen Gesundheit und Versicherung
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Fähigkeit, sich auf Deutsch und Französisch mündlich und schriftlich auszudrücken
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Interesse am Kundenkontakt
