Logitech G is seeking a passionate, highly collaborative Senior UX Designer to join our UX Team in Lausanne, Switzerland. The Senior UX Designer will lead the end-to-end UX design lifecycle, collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to create user-centered design experiences for hardware and software products.

• Develop world-class user experiences for both hardware and software projects.
• Utilize user-centered design processes to drive product innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into design solutions.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product design process.
• Present design concepts to multiple teams and senior leadership for feedback.
• Employ tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CS for design and prototyping.

• Experience in Design, Human Factors, HCI/HRI, Interaction Design, or related UX design roles focusing on product interactions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing an end-to-end design process with forward-thinking solutions.
• Well-versed in user-centered design methods in a multidisciplinary product development environment.
• Understanding of latest development tools, technologies, and processes; apply them effectively based on project needs.
• Proficient skills in concept generation, visualization, and rapid prototyping.
• Recognized leadership skills and ability to lead by influence.
• Curious, insightful, collaborative, and creative.
