Une entreprise de médias en Suisse recherche un(e) chargé(e) de formation pour analyser les besoins en formation continue et concevoir des solutions adaptées. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une formation supérieure et 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en formation d'adultes. Des compétences en gestion de LMS et une maîtrise des outils Office 365 sont requises. Vous serez responsable de l'organisation de séminaires et de la création de contenus e-learning.
La maîtrise de l'allemand B2 est un atout.
